Scheduling Options

At Parkway Animal Hospital, we pride ourselves on our punctuality!  At many doctors’ offices, appointment times are not honored as they should be.  We know that you have better things to do than to wait around in uncomfortable chairs reading old magazines!  Our appointments make our wait times minimal so that we may optimize the time that both you and your pet spend here.  Of course, emergency and urgent care cases are given top priority in the rare event that they arise.

Our warm, friendly reception team will be happy to accommodate any request if we are able.

Appointments

Call during office hours to make a convenient appointment. 

Monday-Friday                                8:00 AM-5:30PM

Most Saturdays                                8:00AM-Noon

Scheduled Drop-offs

In addition, we offer a drop-off appointment to those clients who cannot stay during a normal exam time or whose animals are coming in for longer procedures.  You may call anytime during office hours to make a drop-off appointment and then pick up your animals at a scheduled later time. 

Emergency/Urgent Care

Parkway Animal Hospital always has a doctor or technician on call for you.  We are members of Jackson Pet Emergency Clinic.  If you happen to have an emergency after clinic hours, please call that clinic branch at (731) 660-4343.  The doctor on call can answer questions and/or see your pet during an emergency.  All follow-up care will be given here at Parkway Animal Hospital.

We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening, but you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment. Our staff will work to "squeeze" you in between scheduled appointments. When you arrive, our receptionists will be able to give you an estimate on how long you may have to wait in order to be seen.

Boarding

Going out of town? Let your pets vacation with us! Boarding is available year-round.  Please call our office during clinic hours to make boarding arrangements for the drop-off and pick-up of your furry companions.
